JAY SURVE.
01I’m a Business and Data Analyst with an M.S. in Business Analytics from Arizona State University and close to four years across BFSI, marketing, and growth analytics. I work the full width of a data problem: scoping it with stakeholders, writing the SQL and building the models, then standing up the pipelines and cloud infrastructure underneath. That range, from the business question down to the data engineering, is what lets me ship analysis that is fast, trustworthy, and ready to act on.
Used generative AI across the analytics workflow to accelerate SQL and insight generation; wrote and optimised SQL on large multi-modal datasets, and ran discovery with a pilot cohort to shape a GenAI product.
Wrote SQL to segment marketplace listings and ran deep dives on enforcement performance for enterprise clients; built Power BI dashboards and supported the Milano Cortina 2026 brand-protection programme.
Analysed marketing and campaign performance, built segmentation and lifecycle cohorts, and evaluated efficiency metrics (CAC, ROAS) to sharpen targeting and budget allocation across BFSI clients.
Ran deep-dive root-cause analysis on large operational datasets, queried data in SQL to surface trends and drivers, and built self-serve Power BI dashboards for cross-functional teams.
